Your very own expert home inspector will help keep your property running smoothly when you are not in town.  If we identify a problem, or potential for a problem during a regularly scheduled visit to your property we will contact you to discuss a resolution. Below please find some information and basic costs on our Home, Condo monitoring packages.  If your properties homewatch plan requires customization we are happy to customize as per your direction; note additional charges may apply as home size increases from our base 1,500 SF model or if additional custom services are requested.  

• Visually check the overall condition of your single family home including exterior of home, landscaping, and and interior of home,
• Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors,
• Visually check signs of pest intrusion,
• Check windows for signs water or vandal intrusion and verify they are locked,
• Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped,
• Check exterior decks for water ponding and dry rot,
• Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,
• Check refrigerator and freezer to ensure cooling,
• Run all spigots/faucets to ensure P-traps are full,
• Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete,
• Check thermostat and air conditioning to verify operation,
• Visually check for signs of mildew and mold,
• Reset security system upon departure,
• Our basic services are offered at base rates. We can customize services to fit your needs.

Includes first home walk through, key duplication and file setup.

• Basic Services include a model 1,500 square feet or less single family home, larger properties may incur increased expense to watch.
• Bi-Monthly Single Family Home Watch: $129/month (2 visits per month).
• Weekly Single Family Home Watch: $225/month.

• Visually check signs of pest intrusion,
